Privacy Policy

We collect: name, email, sign-in details (including Google profile name and email if you use Google sign-in), your study activity (units read, answers, mock scores), device identifiers used for the 2-device limit and fraud checks, and payment status from Razorpay (we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details).

We use this to run your account, show progress, process payments, prevent misuse, fix errors and, with your consent, send study updates.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, error monitoring, email) and when the law requires. We do not sell your data.

We keep data while your account is active and for the period needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to support@casaviour.com. Children: if you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian.

Security: we use industry-standard safeguards but no system is completely secure.
