Refund & Cancellation Policy

CA Saviour sells digital study access. All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment succeeds, because access starts immediately.

Before you buy, you can read 3 full units free and take 1 free mock per paper.

Exceptions: (a) you were charged twice or a payment was debited but access was not activated: we will fix access or refund the duplicate within 7 working days; (b) a technical fault on our side that stops you from using your plan for more than 72 hours and that we cannot fix: write to support and we will extend your access or refund the unused period at our discretion.

Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method.
