CA Saviour is an independent online study platform offering notes, practice questions, mock tests and flashcards for CA exam preparation. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility: you must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

2. Your account: keep your login private. One account is for one learner and may be used on up to 2 devices; sharing accounts or content is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

3. Licence: we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and practise from the content for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, record, resell, publish, scrape or distribute any content, or try to bypass access controls.

4. ICAI and third-party material: CA Saviour is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ICAI. ICAI names, publications and questions belong to their owners and are shown with source references for practice and study. If a rights holder asks us to remove any item, we will do so.

5. Payments: prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI details. All purchases are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee: we work to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee any exam result or that content is error-free; always check ICAI's latest notifications.

7. Limitation of liability: to the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination: we may update the service or these terms; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law: laws of India; courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
